Sportzlife.com service and network (including called Sportzlife, Sportzlife.com or service operated by Sportzlife Aps and Sportzlife LLC and its affiliates including called "us" "we," "Firm," "portal". By accessing or use our Web site at www.sportzlife.com or the mobile version - including so called "website", "portal" or to include a sharing button on your site, you "user" signify to have read, understood and accepted to be bound by these conditions - also whether you are a registered user of Sportzlife or not.
We reserve the right to engage in self-assessment, to change, modify, add or delete portions of these conditions at any time without notice. If we do, we will put the changes into these conditions and indicate the latest revision date at the top of the page. The continued use of the service or the website after such change, constitutes your acceptance of the new conditions. The company's brands and product brands equipment may not be used, including as part of trademarks and or as part of domain names in connection with a product or service in a manner that could create confusion, and may not be copied, imitated, or used wholly or in part without prior written permission from the company.
User Behavior
You understand that except for advertising programs offered by us on the website, the service and the site are only available for your personal non-commercial use. You assume full responsibility for, guarantee and agree that no material of any nature posted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted or shared by you on or through the service, will violate the rights of third parties including copyright, trademark, privacy or any other personal or property rights or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise illegal material.

Upload, publish, transmit, share, store or otherwise publish any private information from third parties on the website, including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, numbers and credit card numbers.
Request personal information from any person under 18, or solicit passwords or personal identification for commercial or unlawful purpose.
Upload, post, transmit, share or in other way to publish material that contains software viruses or other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Threaten or harass others.
Upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise publish content which would constitute, encourage or provide instructions on offenses, violating anyone's rights or which otherwise would provide criminal liability or violate any local, state, national or international law.
Use or trying to use another users account, service or system or creating a false identity on the service or the website without authorization from the firm.
Upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise publish content which solely on the basis of firms assessment, is objectionable or which restricts or impedes a person's ability to use or enjoy the site, or which exposes the company or its users injury or criminal liability of any kind.
Contents of illegal nature will be reported to the police without warning together with the IP number and time of creation.
User Content posted on the website
You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles (including your name, image and reproduction), messages, notes, text, information, music, videos, advertisements, posters and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereafter "show") on or through the service or the website, or transmit to or share with other users (collectively referred to as "user content").

Complaints regarding copyright
We respect the intellectual rights of others and we prohibit users to post and upload or otherwise provide material for the Sportzlife site that infringes another's copyright. When we take counter-notifications of possible breaches of copyright, we promptly remove or block access to possibly illegal material and close the profiles and accounts that have repeatedly infringed the copyrights of others. If you believe that material on the copyright page regularly belong to you, you can send a written communication to: support@sportzlife.com.
Policy on repeated offences
In appropriate circumstances and after the firm's own assessment, it can terminate members who are judged to have performed repeat offences. The firm may also according to its own assessment limit access to the site and or terminate membership to any user who infringes any intellectual property right, whether there has been repeated attempt of offenses.

The site contains (or you can of the site or service get mailed) links to other websites ( "third party sites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, images, designs, music, audio, video, information, applications, software or other content of, or originating from third parties ( "third party applications, Software or Content").

SPORTZLIFE club - and event pages are special profiles used solely for sporting, association-based, commercial, political, charitable purposes. You may not create a Sportzlife club or event page on behalf of another person or entity unless you have permission to do so. This includes fan sites on Sportzlife together with Sportzlife pages to support or criticize another person or entity.
Sportzlife does not control or approve the Sportzlife.com pages and therefore cannot guarantee that a Sportzlife-PAGE is actually created and used by that person or entity which the page refers to.
Sportzlife IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT ON Sportzlife.com PAGES OR AGREEMENTS SIGNED OR ACTIONS PERFORMED ON OR IN THE LIGHT OF Sportzlife pages. FURTHERMORE Sportzlife IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW THE OWNER OF THE Sportzlife PAGE IS COLLECTING, STORING, USING OR SHARING ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. Disputes between users
The users are solely responsible for their interactions with other SPORTZLIFE users. We reserve the right, but shall have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.

The firm can in no way be responsible for user content, third party applications, software or content posted on the website in connection with the Service, whether it is brought or caused by website users, Sportzlife, third parties, or any equipment or programming associated with or used on the site or the service. In spite of that, the firm provides rules for user behavior and messages, we have no control of it, and are not responsible for users' messages, transfers or divisions on the website, and cannot answer for anything offensive, inappropriate, obscene, illegal or otherwise objectionable content that may be available on the website or in connection with any user content, third party applications, software or content. The firm will not be liable for any user behavior, online and offline, carried on the website or through the service.

Repeal

Repeal
